The Challenge /Promise
Last reported statistics's by the CDC stated teen pregnancy numbers for ages 15-19 at 16.7 per 1,000 females. Up until July 2021, it was reported that teen unemployment (Ages 16-19) was at 9.9%. Studies show that the majority of unemployed youth lack a high school diploma or GED and live in impoverished urban neighborhoods. The work we do here at TTLC is in hopes of lowering these numbers, while also providing a brighter future for ours youth.

Program Requirements
- Currently enrolled high school Junior or Senior
- Must be a parent
- Maintain an eighty-five percent (85%) school attendance Maintain a minimum “C” average
- Must be willing to adhere to the rules of the program
- Must be willing to commit to a nine month session.
